Scope of Project:
Amrein Properties recently separated from a long-term partnership with Amrein-Fisher and needed a complete rebrand and a new website to reflect their independent identity. The project began with a focused two-week mini rebranding effort, where we redesigned their logo and established a neutral black, white, and grey colour scheme that embodies the brand’s refined and professional image.
The website development involved creating a custom, multilingual WordPress site with property listing functionalities integrated with Inmoba, a leading real estate platform. The &Fine team was responsible for every aspect of this project, including copywriting, design, website build, and rigorous testing to ensure a seamless user experience.
We also conducted thorough SEO research and implemented both on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance the site’s visibility in search engines. In addition to this, we created a series of blogs to launch their content marketing efforts. To support their digital presence further, we set up Google Analytics, integrated their website with Mailchimp for email marketing, and established their LinkedIn, Instagram, and Meta Business Suite pages.
